Job summary

Based in Maidstone or nearby areas, you will follow care plans, risk assessments and professional guidance, maintaining high standards of dignity, privacy and safeguarding while documenting care activities and changes in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, complex care or support work in the UK.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans, risk assessments and professional guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, responsive and person-centred care according to care plans and risk assessments.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, continence, nutrition/hydration, and daily living tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes or concerns promptly.
• Ensure safeguarding, infection prevention and dignity at all times.
