Job summary

Onpoint Care Recruitment Ltd in Maidstone is seeking experienced Agency Support Workers to join our flexible team. You will provide person-centred care across various settings, supporting daily routines, personal care, meals, community access, appointments and activities.

We value compassionate, reliable staff with at least 3 months UK experience in care. You must have an Enhanced DBS, be eligible to work in the UK, and complete induction and mandatory training.

Qualifications

• 3 months' recent UK experience within support work, supported living, residential care or another relevant care setting
• Enhanced DBS and satisfactory employment references
• Right to Work in the UK
• Willing to complete induction and all mandatory training

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation and accessing the community
• Assist with appointments, activities and developing independent living skills
• Follow individual support plans and risk assessments; maintain accurate records
• Recognise and report changes or concerns relating to health, wellbeing or safety
• Build positive professional relationships and work effectively with permanent staff and other professionals
