Job summary

Onpoint Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to join our flexible agency team in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

You will provide safe, person-centred care according to individual care plans, risk assessments and placement requirements. DBS, references and the Right to Work in the UK are required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Recent UK experience in healthcare, complex care or support work.
• Willing to complete induction, mandatory training and competency assessments.
• Enhanced DBS, satisfactory employment references and the Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, responsive and person-centred care per care plans and risk assessments.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, continence, nutrition and accurate records.
• Undertake specialist tasks only with proper training and authorisation.
