Job summary

Engage Education in Rochdale is seeking a Graduate Learning Supervisor to provide pre-set learning experiences for KS3 and KS4 pupils across several subjects in a day-to-day supply role. You'll work across multiple secondary schools, build rapport with students, and benefit from a flexible schedule, free CPD courses, and a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 UK-based degree required.
• 2026 graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students.
• Work across multiple secondary subjects during the school day.
• Create and sustain meaningful rapport with students.
• Day-to-day supply role across numerous secondary schools in Rochdale area.
