Protocol Education is partnering with secondary schools across Central & North Bristol to supply Unqualified Supply Teachers. The role requires strong classroom presence, with full or part-time flexible shifts and no prior teaching qualifications required.

Training is provided, and driving is beneficial but not essential. The position focuses on maintaining a calm learning environment, ensuring continuity of learning, and following school routines.

Qualifications

• No prior teaching experience required.
• Free training provided, including safeguarding.
• Must be able to pass safeguarding checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain a calm, structured classroom environment.
• Support students to stay engaged and on task.
• Follow school policies and established routines.
