Protocol Education Ltd is working with secondary schools in Central & North Bristol to supply Unqualified Supply Teachers. No prior teaching qualifications are required as training is provided. The role focuses on classroom presence, behaviour management and continuity of learning across flexible 2–5 day patterns.
Ideal candidates may come from customer service, sports coaching, drama or youth work backgrounds. Driving is beneficial but not essential.

You do not need prior school experience, teaching qualifications or specialist training. All necessary training is provided free of charge. Driving is beneficial, but not essential. The ideal candidates are confident, friendly, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly with young people. A degree is desirable, but also not essential.
You are not expected to teach new material. The focus of the role is strong classroom presence, behaviour management and ensuring continuity of learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
