Randstad Education is seeking a General Cover Teacher (QTS) to support secondary schools in the Bristol area. This flexible role lets you teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 with no planning or marking burden beyond the pre-planned lessons.

You will hold QTS (ECTs welcome), demonstrate strong classroom management, and commit to a reliable 8:30am start. The position offers true flexibility and local assignments across Bristol.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required; ECTs welcomed.
• Strong classroom management and adaptable, professional approach.
• Right to work in the UK and enhanced DBS Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in Secondary Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive, productive learning environment.
• Leave detailed handovers and notes for returning subject teachers.
