Job summary

Wilderness Way in the United Kingdom is seeking caring individuals to join our team on a bank basis. You will provide compassionate care for children and young people, supporting personal growth through engaging activities and tailored support.

Shifts include day, night, and sleep-ins to create a safe, nurturing environment. You’ll be a positive role model, helping children reach their potential while safeguarding and following safer recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Essential: Willingness to learn, grow and complete necessary qualifications.
• Essential: Full UK manual driving licence.
• Desirable: Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges.
