Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals to specification.
• Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hospitality services as required.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and allergen management standards at all times.
• Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and food ordering.
• Ensuring kitchen equipment and work areas are kept clean and organised.
• Following recipes, production standards, and company procedures.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent food and customer service.
• Completing all relevant food safety and due diligence records.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Chef to join our team at RAF Lossiemouth on a zero hour contract. This flexible role is ideal for an experienced chef looking for work on an as-and-when-required basis, supporting the catering operation during periods of increased demand, annual leave cover, and special events.
