Ashberry Recruitment is seeking Residential Support Workers to join our team in Stockport and surrounding areas, supporting young people in care on a casual, ad-hoc and temporary basis.

Candidates with experience in a children's home or leaving care environment are preferred; NVQ Level 3 Residential Child Care is advantageous but not essential. We require flexibility to cover shifts across seven days including nights and sleeps, with competitive rates of pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a children's home and/or leaving care environment.
• NVQ Level 3 Residential Child Care is advantageous but not essential.
• Must be available for shifts across 7 days, including weekends, days, evenings, nights and sleeps.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to young people in care settings and contribute to their wellbeing.
• Be dependable and adaptable to ad-hoc shift needs, including nights and sleeps.
• Adhere to Safer Recruitment guidelines and complete pre-employment checks as required.
