Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff are looking for experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours.

We have a range of shifts available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins. Weekly pay and flexible shifts to suit you are offered, with ongoing support from the Phoenix Care Staff team. If you're an experienced Support Worker looking for flexible work, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children/young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.
