Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking experienced Children's Support Workers to support children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. A range of shifts are available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.

Applicants should have at least six months of care experience, plus experience with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and reliability, compassion and a person-centred approach

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
• Provide person-centred support and ensure wellbeing.
• Work across day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins as required.
