Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Ltd is seeking experienced Children's Support Workers to assist children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. The role offers day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins, with weekly pay and flexible hours to suit you.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of care experience, a patient and caring approach, and the ability to provide person-centred support. Driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in care or support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
