Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our agency pool in Dartford. You will provide compassionate support to people with learning disabilities, autism and physical/sensory needs, across varied services.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care or support experience in the last two years.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical care and support to service users.
• Assist with everyday tasks and community access.
• Encourage independence, choice and social engagement.
• Provide or prompt personal care when required.
• Follow support plans and keep accurate records.
• Some services may involve complex care; training provided.
