Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our agency team in Wareham, working across local services to support people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and sensory impairments.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years.
• Aged 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical care and support
• Assist with everyday tasks and community outings
• Encourage independence, choice and social engagement
• Provide or prompt personal care when required
• Follow support plans and keep records
• Some services may require complex care, additional training will be provided to support you with this.
