Choice Care Group is hiring a Support Worker in Sutton-in-Ashfield. The role involves assisting with personal care, supporting daily activities, and following care plans. Training is provided and a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is required or to be undertaken.

Qualificações

• Must have or commit to Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care needs of those we care for.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Engage in daily activities, hobbies or outings with clients.
• Follow care plans and company policies and procedures.

• Maintain written and electronic daily records.
• Attend and complete required training.
