Springcare Ltd in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents, helping with personal tasks while upholding dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Compassion and understanding for residents.
• Clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Helping with washing and dressing.
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes.
• Finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• General housekeeping in residents' bedrooms and communal areas.
• Supporting residents’ physical and mental wellbeing through activities.
