Job summary

Brook Street Social Care is recruiting temporary Support Workers to cover a range of services across South Wales. You will support vulnerable adults to live more independently, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.

We offer flexible hours (Zero-Hour, Part-Time & Full-Time), PAYE pay with holiday pay, pension, and extensive benefits. Driving license is advantageous but not essential; DBS is not mentioned.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' UK paid care or support work experience (or recent relevant training with certificates).
• Demonstrates caring, positive and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
• Reliability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care where required.
• Provide community access and support social activities.
• Promote positive outcomes and well-being for clients.
