Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care across various settings in the UK. You will assist service users with personal care, mobility, and companionship, following care plans to maintain independence and dignity.

The role offers flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends) with weekly pay between £13.15 and £19.00 per hour, access to the Workwise app to manage shifts, and funded training including NVQ Levels 2 and 3. BLS-style first aid knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Over 18 and right to work in the UK.
• Experience with challenging behaviours, mental health, or learning disabilities.
• PVMA or CPI training is advantageous and can be provided.
• Flexible availability and ability to travel to different care settings.
• Good standard of English and clear communication.
• Clear enhanced DBS (to apply for during registration).

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, safe lifting/moving, medication administration, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and follow care plans to promote independence and dignity.
