Nurseplus is hiring a Support Worker to provide compassionate care across a range of settings in the social care sector. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, aligning with individual care plans to preserve independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months care experience in a social care setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
• Clear enhanced DBS (application on registration)

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support safe lifting and moving.
• Administer medications as required and per care plans.
• Prepare meals and provide companionship to individuals.
