Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a UK care sector role.
• Current SSSC registration.
• Professional references covering the last 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and practical support according to individual care plans.
• Promote dignity, choice, independence and wellbeing for the people you support.
• Assist with meals, mobility and social activities.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.
• Keep clear, accurate records and report concerns promptly.
• Work effectively with permanent staff and other agency workers on shift.
