Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join a well-regarded 60-bed residential home in Heanor, England, that supports elderly residents with age-related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s. You’ll help with daily routines, mobility, nutrition, and wellbeing, while logging progress for senior staff.

You choose the nights, days, or weekends you want, with shifts from 22:00 to 07:00 and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
• Up to date mandatory training.
• A referenceable work history.
• At least 3 months experience within a similar setting.
• Experience with Dementia care is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Spend quality time with residents to support their mental and physical well-being.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records, reporting condition updates, and logging incidents to senior staff.
