The role suits someone reliable, with good communication and a flexible approach to shifts. Shifts run on weekends, with a quick onboarding process and ongoing support from the agency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with dementia or Alzheimer’s
• Patient, warm and highly reliable personality
• Great communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new environments

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility, personal hygiene and meals
• Monitor wellbeing and respond to emotional and physical needs
• Record daily condition updates and communicate with senior staff
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep the home clean and safe
• Follow health and safety rules to ensure a safe environment
