Job summary

Aspris is seeking a Bank Teaching Assistant to support three specialist Frome schools: Fromefield Manor, North Hill House and Newbury Manor. You will flex across sites, assisting children with tasks and supporting behaviour while role-modeling positive conduct.

You will work with teachers to deliver pupil-centred support across key stages, helping to create a safe, inclusive learning environment and responding to individual needs with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistants who can adapt across all key stages.
• Ability to support across multiple settings and respond to individual pupil needs.
• Willingness to engage with safeguarding and training as required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the class teacher, assisting the children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships.
• Respond to individual learner needs and act as a role model for pupils across all three schools.
