Dalesview Partnership is seeking Bank Support Workers to join our teams based in Clayton-Le-Woods, Chorley and Leyland on a zero hours basis. If you want to make a difference in the community and fit around your home life, studies or another job, this could be the role for you.

Qualifications

• Caring, hardworking and flexible approach.
• Experience with people with learning disabilities is desirable, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing effective care and support to adult residents with profound learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities.
• Assisting in the care of all service users through person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans/ risk assessments.
• Assisting in enabling service users to live their chosen lifestyle including accessing the local community and participating in leisure activities.
