Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Flexible Bank Support Worker to help customers maintain independence and well-being. You’ll pick shifts to suit your commitments while supporting adults in housing services.

As part of our Homelessness Service, you’ll provide daily living support, budgeting help, and attend appointments, with lone working required at times. Weekly pay and comprehensive training offered.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work at short notice and pick shifts.
• Confidence to work across different services and teams.
• Passion and experience in supporting others.
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally.
• Role within Homelessness Service with lone working at times.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily living tasks to support independence.
• Support vulnerable customers in various services.
• Help customers with budgeting, cooking and appointments.
• Carry out risk assessments, support planning and reviews.
• Help customers prepare for move-on into the community.
