The National Autistic Society is seeking a Bank Support Worker for the Somerset Outreach Service in Weston-super-Mare. You will follow individual support plans and daily routines to help people live their best lives.

You’ll assist with personal care, encourage activities, and support life skills such as budgeting and shopping. A driving licence is preferred and safeguarding checks are required.

Qualifications

Assist with personal care tasks as part of daily routines.
Follow support plans and weekly schedules with flexibility.
DBS checks may be required; safeguarding is essential.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
Support life skills and independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation).
