Active Care Group is seeking care staff to provide one-to-one support to clients with complex needs in their own homes across North Wales. Bank/zero-hours roles offer day and night shifts to fit around other commitments.

You will support clients with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and the use of clinical equipment while contributing to ongoing care packages as required.

Qualificações

• NVQ qualification preferred
• Experience in personal care beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
