YOU Trust is recruiting a Bank Support Worker for the New Forest area. The role offers flexible hours within our Premier Crew bank, supporting clients with daily living tasks, budgeting, and community involvement.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting vulnerable people, strong communication skills, and a positive, person-centred approach. Car recommended; DBS and safeguarding checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting vulnerable people with a variety of needs.
• Good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written.
• Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience promoting and encouraging people's independence.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities and daily routines.
• Assist with budgeting, personal care, cooking and maintaining a home.
• Help clients access education, work, volunteering and community opportunities.
