Responsibilities

• Cover shifts to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness.
• Assist individuals living in their own homes with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication, appointments, managing personal finances, moving and handling and personal care.
• Provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.
