Agincare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse in Nottingham on a zero hours contract with flexible shifts (day, night and weekends). You will mentor care staff to address residents' clinical needs, delivering safe, high-quality care in a busy residential setting.

Requirements include at least 12 months of right to work in the UK, a valid NMC PIN, and recent clinical CPD. Experience in a care home is preferred. The company offers training and a range of benefits; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration (PIN)
• Evidence of recent clinical CPD
• Experience in a care home setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care per care plans
• Coordinate with management, families, social workers, and medical staff
• Administer and record medications safely
• Monitor nutrition and hydration; update dietary plans as needed
• Watch for pressure ulcers and toileting issues; report changes
• Support and participate in resident activities
