Job summary

As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will care for residents’ physical, psychological and social needs, delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing. You’ll exercise professional judgement to make clinical decisions and contribute to tailored care plans and safe medicine administration.

You must hold current NMC registration and stay aligned with DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines while providing flexible coverage for annual leave or sickness.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing.
