Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Salisbury is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for our care home. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours to care for residents and support the clinical team with medicines administration and care planning.

You must have current NMC registration and be confident in risk assessments, regulatory frameworks, and person-centred care. The bank position provides flexible cover for annual or sick leave and opportunities for learning and development.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration is required and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Patient-centered, compassionate approach to nursing.
