Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for a care home in the UK. You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, delivering high-quality care with flexibility and autonomy in a bank role.

You’ll work under current NMC registration and adhere to DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, developing tailored care plans and administering medicines safely, while providing compassionate, person-centred care and contributing to a supportive

Qualifications

• You’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
