Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for a casual, part-time role at our Cambridge care home. You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

You will create a safe and supportive environment, develop tailored care plans, and administer medicines safely. You will apply professional judgement for clinical decisions, work within regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
• Dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred approach to nursing
