Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Cambridge is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to support a care home. You'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, delivering high quality care with professional judgment to ensure safety and comfort.

You'll be registered with the NMC, skilled in care planning and risk assessments, and familiar with DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Bank shifts offer flexibility and the opportunity to be valued for what you do.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practice knowledge.
• Experience delivering well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, patient-centred care for residents with diverse needs.
• Develop tailored care plans and administer medicines safely.
• Work flexibly as part of a bank team to cover leave or absence.
