Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for a casual, part-time role at our care home in the UK. You’ll look after residents’ physical, psychological and social needs, applying professional judgment to clinical decisions and providing high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll need current NMC registration, plus experience with care planning and risk assessments, and a solid grasp of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration is required.
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is important.
• Understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for residents.
• Administer medicines safely and accurately.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care and maintain high standards of practice.
• Support and monitor residents to maintain safety and wellbeing.
