Randox Health is seeking Bank Phlebotomists in Manchester to join our flexible bank team. Shifts are offered on an as-needed basis across our clinic network, with no guaranteed minimum hours.

The role involves blood sample collection, data entry in PIS, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Candidates must have a phlebotomy certificate or equivalent training, be IT literate, and willing to work evenings/weekends.

Formación

• Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent training.
• Strong IT literacy to manage PIS and software systems.
• Excellent communication skills for patient interactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct blood sample collection from clients in clinics.
• Enter data into Patient Information Systems accurately.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure patient understanding.
• Maintain and upload records and documentation.
• Assist in reception and front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Support upselling and cross-selling at the clinic.
• Complete labelling and order forms with accuracy.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy for daily tasks.
