Qualifications

• NVQ /QCF level 2 or equivalent in related subject or GCSE English and maths at C grade or above or equivalent
• GCSE at grade C or above or equivalent in a science subject
• Care related NVQ

Responsibilities

• Provide phlebotomy services across a range of locations including hospital and community clinics
• Be part of the phlebotomy rota and assist with supervision where required
• Travel to outreach/walk-in phlebotomy clinics using an insured car
• Adhere to defined protocols and ensure patient safety and samples are handled correctly
• Support the Trust in delivering high-quality patient care across shifts including evenings and weekends
