Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Bank Phlebotomist to support clinics across our network in Cardiff. This zero–hours role offers flexibility to accept assignments that fit your availability and involves collecting blood samples from clients and maintaining precise records.

Applicants should have prior phlebotomy experience and IT proficiency, with strong communication skills, the right to work in the UK, and a valid UK/Irish driving licence. DBS checks and Hepatitis B vaccination may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Valid UK or Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood sample collection from private and corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate records in Patient Information Systems (PIS).
• Represent the company professionally at events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at the health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Assist with reception and front-of-house duties.
• Complete forms, specimen labelling and lab order forms accurately.
