Job summary

Spire South Bank Hospital in Worcester is seeking a Bank Perioperative Practitioner to join their theatre team on a flexible bank basis. You will assist in consultant-led surgeries across orthopaedics, cosmetics, gynae and ENT, and contribute to high-quality perioperative care.

You must be an ODP or nurse with HCPC/NMC registration and theatre experience, motivated to work in a fast-paced private hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified ODP/Nurse with HCPC/NMC registration.
• Experience in orthopaedic surgery and theatre settings.
• Genuine motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in theatre for consultant-led surgeries across orthopaedics, cosmetics, gynae, ENT.
• Assess patients' health across a complex caseload and develop care plans.
• Create care plans considering perioperative risk and patient wellbeing.
