Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking Bank Nursery Practitioners to provide cover across nurseries in Warwick and surrounding areas. Flexible hours, 1–2 days a week or full-time, offering the chance to gain experience across different settings.

You will support children aged 0–5, help with feeding and personal care when required, foster a safe, stimulating environment and follow safeguarding and nursery policies. A Level 2/3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential; prior EY experience is

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
• A caring, positive and reliable approach.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and the EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children aged 0–5 years in a nursery setting.
• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment.
• Supporting children's learning and development through play.
• Helping with feeding, changing and personal care where required.
• Following safeguarding and nursery policies.
• Working alongside permanent nursery staff to ensure a smooth day.
