Qualifications
Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
Genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.
Responsibilities
Support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed.
Cover holidays, support during busy periods, or provide consistency for children.
Create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
