Job summary

The Old Station Nursery in Rugby is looking for a Bank Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and supportive team. This role offers flexible shifts, allowing you to balance your availability, and provides valuable experience in an Early Years setting. Responsibilities include supporting children during play and ensuring a nurturing environment. The position pays between £12.71 and £13.80 per hour, plus 13.54% holiday pay. Ideal candidates will have childcare experience or relevant qualifications and a genuine passion for children's development.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed.
• Cover holidays, support during busy periods, or provide consistency for children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
