Shaw Healthcare, the UK's largest employee-owned healthcare provider, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join Barton Cottage on a bank, as/when required basis, including weekend shifts.

You will assess residents' physical, emotional and psychological needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication per NMC standards, and lead the care team while promoting dignity, independence and choice for residents.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, person-centred approach to care.

Responsabilités
