Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Bank Mental Health Support Worker to join the team at King's Norton Hospital in Birmingham. You will provide practical and emotional support to adults with mental health needs, helping them feel safe, maintain independence and participate in daily routines.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, a free enhanced DBS check and development opportunities, with a friendly office team to support you. A £500 Refer a Nurse bonus is available.

Qualifications

Aged 18 or over.
At least 6 months paid UK experience in mental health within the last 2 years.
Experience working with mental health conditions.
Right to work in the UK.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Calm, reliable and professional approach.
