Casual Housing Concierge working across North Cornwall. Flexible work hours to suit you. Earn £12.60 per hour, plus great benefits.

Typical shift as a bank Housing Concierge

• Support customers with needs related to drugs, alcohol, and mental health.
• More than just night work; involved in monitoring CCTV, patrolling, and first-line support.
• Manage health and safety, check fire doors, and ensure the premises are secure.
• Respond to situations like suspicious activity or emergencies.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness, including using cleaning tools.

• Calmness under pressure and excellent communication skills.
• Experience supporting vulnerable populations, e.g., public service or military background.
