Job summary

York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management LLP (YTHFM LLP) in Bridlington is recruiting for a Bank Facilities Supervisor (Band 3). The role is based within our Facilities Management team, with training provided and hours on an as-and-when-required basis. You will support staff development and ensure rota coverage across the site.

Experience is welcomed but not essential; full training will be given. A relocation package and NHS benefits are highlighted in the advert.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Basic health and safety awareness required.
• Willingness to undertake relevant qualifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff professionally across the site.
• Arrange ongoing training for facilities staff.
• Maintain standards set by Facilities Manager.
• Prepare and cover departmental rotas and shifts.
• Ensure annual appraisals, timesheets and leave are completed.
• Implement Return-to-Work procedures when appropriate.
• Handle initial HR issues for direct reports.
• Order and deliver domestic stock for wards/departments.
• Create and amend work plans when required.
