Job summary

Fennies Day Nurseries Ltd is seeking Bank Early Years Educators to support our nurseries with additional cover as needed. You’ll work across settings and ages, delivering high-quality care and EYFS-aligned education.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and child development.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments.
• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and the Fennies curriculum.
• Work flexibly across different settings, rooms, and age ranges.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture.
• Follow routines to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times.
