Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking compassionate Bank Support Workers to cover South Wales locations, Swansea and Burry Port. A full driving licence is preferred to travel between client homes and shifts include day and night, flexible hours, and sickness/leave cover.

Training is provided and you can join a supportive team with career development opportunities. The role offers ad-hoc shifts with bank/zero-hours contracts, holiday pay and pension, and access to learning resources.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving licence.
• Experience in care or support work preferred.
• Willing to travel across South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with personal care.
• Medication administration.
• Moving and handling.
• Managing clinical equipment.
• Shopping.
• Provide short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages.
• Support new packages when needed.
