Job summary

Cygnet Long Eaton Day Services in Long Eaton, England, is seeking a Bank Driver to operate a 7-seater minibus on a casual, flexible basis. Shifts are ad-hoc to cover roughly 3 hours in the morning and/or 3 hours in the evening on a 7-day rota.

Applicants must be 21 or over, hold a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years, and be able to carry out pre- and post-trip checks, refuel, keep the vehicle clean, and report faults.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate using Sat Nav or maps.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to plan and keep to a schedule and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7-seater minibus on an ad-hoc, casual basis.
• Cover shifts across a 7-day rota, ~3 hours morning and/or evening.
• Perform vehicle checks before and after trips; refuel and keep the vehicle clean.
• Report any faults or damage to the vehicle.
